Quality Guarantee

Handcrafted quality guarantee (10 days from delivery):

  • If your garment has any manufacturing defects (such as a broken thread, a poorly finished seam, or a serious size discrepancy), please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.

  • I will offer you a repair, replacement (depending on availability) or partial refund depending on the case.

 

📦 Does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper washing or mishandling.

  • Minor variations inherent to handmade work (each piece is unique).

 

🧺 Care recommendations included with each garment so that it lasts for many years with you.

Terms of Service

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Production time can take between 1 and 3 business weeks, depending on order volume and design complexity.

 

⏳ This time does not include the shipping period, which will depend on the postal service and the customer's location.

 

Each piece is 100% handmade with dedication and care, so we appreciate your patience and understanding during the process. 💖

Shipping policy

We are not responsible if you provide your shipping address incorrectly.

In case you provided an incorrect address:

  • If the package is returned to our facilities, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • If the package is delivered to someone else, you will have to pay for the item and shipping again.

 

Important : We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the post office.

Return policy

At Crochely, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect size at the time of purchase.
